Powerful Pneumatic Crushing
The 100 percent air operated design uses air bag crushing plate technology to deliver up to 15 tons of crushing force. External shop air operation requires no electric power and runs on 100 to 120 psi air supply, with a typical cycle time of approximately 25 to 60 seconds.
Liquid and Fume Management
The crusher removes most residual liquid from crushed cans and includes an outlet valve for draining and capturing liquid waste. A fume extractor directs gases away from the work area, while the internal filtration system helps manage contaminants and odors during can crushing operations.
Capacity and Safety Features
The crushing chamber accepts one or two cans without caps, positioned horizontally for operation. A double lock door helps protect the operator during the crushing cycle, and the 27-1/2 inch x 27-1/2 inch x 55 inch overall size provides a compact footprint for facilities handling routine aerosol can disposal.
